He has a proven ability to negotiate and deliver complex services in a politically demanding environment, an exceptional ability to lead and motivate staff in the delivery of defined aims/objectives in service improvement, proven track record in delivering large scale business cases and possess a highly developed interpersonal, influencing and communication skill.

Richard Miller is currently Commercial Director, King’s Commercial Services with a remit to develop commercial opportunities both in the UK and overseas. He has 19 years experience in the NHS and spent 9 years in senior management roles in the manufacturing & service industries.

Richard has extensive experience in delivering complex and high value projects with a proven record of accomplishment in strategic planning, change management, financial and performance management. He is combines an academic and professional approach in a hands-on, practical and contingent style of management and possesses a strong commitment to high standards of personal performance and the determination to make a difference. Prior to this he was the Director of Procurement King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust delivering a wide range of services from contracting, storage, distribution and materials management to e-commerce solutions. Member of the London Procurement Programmes operational board and played a key role in leveraging the capitals procurement spend to reduce costs and in developing purchasing skills and effectiveness.

Prof Dhawan is a paediatrician of Indian origin, who specializes in children’s liver disease. He trained at King’s College Hospital in liver disease and was appointed a consultant and visiting professor at the  University of Nebraska, Omaha, USA in 1994. He was appointed consultant in children’s liver disease at King’s College Hospital, London in 1996. He was appointed Clinical Academic lead and Director and Head of the Child Health Department of King’s College Hospital in 2008. Prof Dhawan is a pioneer of in bringing newer treatments for the management of liver disease in children. He set up the first liver cell transplantation laboratory in the UK and introduced some world first treatments for liver disease in children. He has held several leadership positions at the national and international medical societies including the European Society of Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition, International Liver Transplant Society, British Society of Paediatric Gastroenterology Hepatology and Nutrition.

Mr Singhal has General Management experience via his role as President / CEO of Fortis Healthcare where he had bottom line responsibilities.  As CEO of Fortis Healthcare he erected the most modern (in 2001) 300 Bed Hospital in record time of 18 months following global standards in collaboration with PHS, Boston.

After graduating in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani in 1966, Vinay worked in reputed Indian and MNC organizations – DCM, Hindustan Unilever, JK, Indo Rama and Fortis.  His technical experience covers Operations, Maintenance and Project Management in large industrial plants. He has demonstrated expertise in Energy Management and was awarded coveted Chairman’s Medal for executing two Cogen Plants in record time by Unilever. In 2005, he joined Clinton Foundation (HIV/AIDS Initiative) as Country Director and coordinated all activities of the Foundation in India, which is the largest country operation of Clinton Foundation worldwide. He is now Director, Nanhi Chhaan, a Foundation engaged for increasing awareness against Female feticide & infanticide and empowering women. It was launched nationally by the President of India Mrs Pratibha Patil from Gandhi Darshan, Raj Ghat.

Mr John Hollingdale is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon who has been in practice in London for 25 Years. He qualified at the Westminster Medical School in 1975. He trained in orthopaedic surgery on the North West London Training scheme.

He was a council member of the British Orthopaedic Association for 3 years. He is an ex president of the International Society for Technology in Arthroplasty and has subsequently been awarded a life membership of that society. He regularly teaches on cadaver courses in Europe that teach surgeons from all over the continent techniques involved in primary and revision knee arthroplasty.

He is a keen teacher of medical students from Imperial College school of Medicine and is an honorary senior lecturer. He is the deputy director of clinical studies at the North West London Hospitals Trust.

Mr. Aman Vachher has been practising in the Supreme Court of India. He has been involved in all avenues of legal practice with competence and ability to provide advisory and assistance across all walks of legal arena. He has been active in the Indian legal circle for the past three decades and has substantial experience and functionality across the legal spectrum.

As a practitioner of law, certain core sectors of his expertise involve strategic litigation and dispute resolution. He also specialises in joint ventures, foreign collaborations, technology transfer, project finance, arbitration.

He brings along with him a strong network of relationship with other law firms along with assistance of senior counsels on priority basis for expert advice. He has also assisted foreign players entering Indian markets by suggesting most appropriate and efficient entry strategy for them keeping in mind the existing and prospective policies along with tax structures and other needs of the clients. Mr. Vachher also deals in clearances from FIPB, RBI and other government authorities.
